Seth, a Senior Manager of Accounts and Strategic Partnerships, has been with SmugMug since 2006. He has extensive product knowledge as he spent several years working as a Support Hero, directly answering customers’ questions. He has also been a member of the Marketing and Customer Success teams. His specific focus had been on partnership growth and success. This includes working with camps, educational institutions, and similar clients, creating educational material for new users, and hosting live webinars centered around the integration and utilization of SmugMug and its suite of tools.
