These are free, automatic notifications like registration confirmations, refund notices, and transfers.

This feature lets admins track and manage items like musical instruments or sports equipment internally.

No. Transactional emails (confirmations, refunds, transfers) are always free. Email add-ons are for marketing campaigns or one-on-one emails.

Yes, unless you cancel them. Contact support to confirm your billing status if you have active add-ons and want to pause your account.

Credit card processing fees are determined by payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. The rates vary, and you should check with the payment processor. For example, Stripe’s standard processing fee is currently 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction. If you are a nonprofit organization, you may also qualify for a reduced processing fee.

An enrollment refers to one student registering for a single class or program. For example, if a child registers for a soccer camp, that counts as 1 enrollment credit. If the same child also registers for another class or camp, it would be counted as 2 separate enrollment credits.

Enrollment credits are not refunded when students drop out; the enrollment credit is used as soon as the transaction is completed.
