Can I start with Pay As You Go and later switch to Rise?
Yes. You can switch anytime, and most add-on purchases will be credited or adjusted. Contact [email protected] for details.
In the Rise plan, are the 2,500 email credits monthly or one-time?
They are monthly. You get 2,500 credits every month, plus the option to buy more add-ons.
Can nonprofits get 20% off plus the annual plan discount?
No, discounts can’t be combined. Eligible nonprofits that pay annually receive 25% off (20% nonprofit discount + 5% annual payment discount).
What does “unlimited transactional emails” mean?
These are free, automatic notifications like registration confirmations, refund notices, and transfers.
How does inventory management work?
This feature lets admins track and manage items like musical instruments or sports equipment internally.
Do email add-ons cover confirmation emails?
No. Transactional emails (confirmations, refunds, transfers) are always free. Email add-ons are for marketing campaigns or one-on-one emails.
If I park my account, will I still be billed for add-ons?
Yes, unless you cancel them. Contact support to confirm your billing status if you have active add-ons and want to pause your account.
How much is the credit card processing fee?
Credit card processing fees are determined by payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. The rates vary, and you should check with the payment processor. For example, Stripe’s standard processing fee is currently 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction. If you are a nonprofit organization, you may also qualify for a reduced processing fee.
What does “enrollment” mean in the PAYG plan, and how is it counted?
An enrollment refers to one student registering for a single class or program. For example, if a child registers for a soccer camp, that counts as 1 enrollment credit. If the same child also registers for another class or camp, it would be counted as 2 separate enrollment credits.
What if students drop out after enrolling?
Enrollment credits are not refunded when students drop out; the enrollment credit is used as soon as the transaction is completed.
